2. Lifetime Offering

The lifetime offering from Empower Hacks for NextStep only applies to the current feature set as of July 21, 2024. Any features added after this date may be subject to additional charges or may not be included in the lifetime premium offering.

3. Rate Limits and Account Bans

NextStep reserves the right to implement rate limits on API calls and other services, even unlimited ones. Additionally, accounts found to be misusing our services may be subject to temporary or permanent bans at our discretion.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of NextStep after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Hold Harmless

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NextStep and its parent company and affiliates, and their directors, officers, managers, employees, donors, agents, and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
